I am Iqra Saeed, Senior Lecturer, School of Food Science & Technology. I am PhD Scholar and did my MPhil from University of Agriculture Faisalabad. I did my research in therapeutic potential of Red Grapes bioactive components. Area of Interest: My area of interest lies in exploring the role of functional foods and nutraceuticals in promoting health beyond basic nutrition. I am particularly keen on understanding how bioactive compounds from natural sources can be incorporated into everyday diets to help prevent chronic diseases and improve wellbeing. The field fascinates me because it bridges food science with human health, offering innovative ways to develop value-added products that meet both consumer demands and public health needs.
