I am Abid Hussain, currently serving as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, Minhaj University Lahore. I am a Ph.D. Scholar in Food Science and Technology. My research focuses on dairy science & technology and functional foods, I have a particular interest in retention and effective utilization of potential milk producing breeds with special emphasis on Nili Ravi, plant-based ingredients, milk processing and public health nutrition. Alongside research, I am actively engaged in teaching core and advanced courses in Sustainable Food Systems Transformations, Dairy Science & Technology, Beverage Technology, Food Processing & Preservation and Fruits & Vegetables Processing. I have contributed to several research projects and publications, and I am dedicated to guiding students in both academic and applied aspects of Food Science and Technology.
